Appointment requests
A date or time submitted online is a preference only. An appointment is confirmed only when the clinic calls or messages you. The receptionist aims to call within six hours.
Emergencies
Online forms are not monitored as an emergency service. Call the clinic for urgent dental concerns. For difficulty breathing or swallowing, rapidly spreading swelling, collapse, heavy uncontrolled bleeding or serious trauma, seek immediate emergency medical care.
Prices, insurance and EMI
Treatment prices are not published because recommendations depend on examination and diagnosis. The clinic may assist with eligible insurance claims, but approval depends on the insurer and policy. Card-to-EMI conversion is subject to the card issuer and is not an in-house clinic finance plan.
